All our West Virginia Concealed Handgun License classes are designed to satisfy the handgun training requirement needed to apply for a West Virginia CHL. West Virginia Code § 61-7-4 requires applicants to complete a training course in handling and firing a handgun, including actual live firing of ammunition by the applicant. The law also provides that qualifying training may include approved handgun safety or training courses taught by certified instructors or qualifying military handgun training. Classes are taught by experienced and knowledgeable USCCA/NRA instructors. In the class, we strive to ensure that each student leaves feeling comfortable with their knowledge of West Virginia concealed carry laws, West Virginia self-defense laws, safe handgun handling, and responsible everyday carry.
